First Workshop of the Workers' Pastoral Care
First Workshop of the Pastoral Care of Work
Wednesday, August 26 - 7:00 pm -8:30 pm
Workshop “Christian Leadership: Characteristics, Life Implications, and Challenges”
Dear sisters and brothers,
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16)
The workshop “Christian Leadership: Characteristics, Life Implications, and Challenges” invites participants to discover and strengthen their call to serve by following the example of Jesus Christ. Through reflections on humility, service, love, integrity, and wisdom, we will explore how Christian leadership transforms our family life, workplace, community, and Church.
We will also examine the challenges Christian leaders face in today's world and the spiritual tools needed to overcome them with faith, perseverance, and hope. This workshop seeks to form committed disciples who contribute to the spiritual and human growth of our community of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, our city of West Valley City, and our Diocese of Salt Lake City.
We are all waiting for you with open arms. May God bless you.
